What We Collect & Why

We collect only the personal information necessary to operate the BENED Tradecraft platform:

Account Data: Email, username, password hash — to authenticate you
Brokerage API Keys: Encrypted Alpaca API keys — to execute trades on your behalf
Payment Data: Processed by Stripe; we never see your card number
Trading Activity: Agent configuration and trade history — to operate the service

Third-Party Sharing

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the platform. These are not "sales" under the CCPA:

Alpaca Securities: Trade orders (to execute your trades)
Stripe: Payment processing (to bill your subscription)

We do not share data with data brokers, advertising networks, or analytics companies.

Exercising Your Rights

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. You will not receive different pricing, service quality, or access levels for exercising your privacy rights.
